"Neil Gaiman says that you'll learn more from finishing something than you will from starting every idea you ever have, and he would know. I've started this blog, inspired by a podcaster describing some loose party balloons in an episode of Twin Peaks as looking like "bad cells", because the phrase stuck in my mind, but I'm not sure I can finish one entry, or for that matter whether I have had an idea I'm even trying to express. I used to use livejournal, and this will start as an extension of that. I have a Dreamwidth account I notionally set up for that purpose but I don't feel like blogging there. It's obvious to me that my story might not interest anyone else." This was written in November 2021 and then left for almost three years. Neil Gaiman jeers. Twin Peaks cheers. More to follow.
